After School Programs

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We would like to take this time to inform you that our Extra-Time program is set to begin on October 7, 2019. The Extra-Time program will include homework help and extra assistance if needed in certain subject areas. Interested students must arrive on time, sign in and remain during the entire session. A complete schedule can be located on the back of this page. It will detail the teachers and room location. As in the past, the extra time room will be located centrally in our Library Computer Lab. This will also provide the opportunity for students to have computer access for writing assignments, research, or projects that need to be completed.

Please be aware that all students must secure their own transportation home at 3:45 p.m. as their will be no transportation provided by the school. Students may not remain at school later than 3:45 p.m., unless they are involved in a scheduled, supervised extra-curricular activity or attending a supervised athletic event. All students must maintain appropriate behavior during the after-school program and must have a signed enrollment form that they will receive upon their first visit.

We look forward to your child’s participation in our Extra-Time Program, and we welcome any questions. Thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Kelly Holt

Principal
